Played on the second weekend in August, Halifax Hockey
Tournament is one of the best Tournaments you will play in and
you don’t have to take our word for it - in 2007 two sides turned
up even though they had forgotten to enter in time and knew that
we were fully booked.... That's how good it is.

You might want to be energetic on the pitch so we conserve your
energy off the pitch by providing a bar strategically placed 20 meters
from the pitch and camp site area free of charge you will require a
ID Wristband at a nominal charge of one pound per person to enter the
campsite at night. Shower facilities are available in the clubhouse.

Local Take Away's also provide excellent service throughout the weekend.
There is also entertainment on both Friday And Saturday Nights in the
clubhouse.

Teams usually arrive Friday afternoon/evening and register their teams for
Tournament Shirts and match times, the head for the bar for a few liveners

Matches are 7 a-side short pitches (on grass) 20 minutes in duration, you
will play around five matches on both Saturday and Sunday.

Games start at about 9:30 on both days and finish around 4:30 on Saturday
and 3:30 on Sunday with presentations soon after then the return journey
Home with a bag full of memories and a few new friends not to mention a
hang over or two.
